Structural Integration Phase A SP322HS (120 hours, 10 units)

Phase A teaches the Rolf method of Structural Integration using the ten-session series originally devised by Dr. Ida Rolf. Students learn deep-tissue manipulation of the myo-fascial matrix in order to reorganize the body’s structure and movements. Phase A is designed to train students in Structural Organization. Structural Organization applies the work remedially, offering relief to specific client issues. Students will also become acquainted with the full Structural Integration process. Each week one session is presented with lecture, demonstration, dialogue on assigned readings, and supporting movement explorations. Students then practice on each other under instructor supervision.

Paths of Study: Clinical Methods and Integrative Somatic Methods
