Hydrotherapy and Self Care HS204 (15 hours, 1.25 units)

This class provides students with a foundational understanding of the history, equipment and the physiological principles involved in using hydrotherapy, dry brushing, and thermal agents. Students will also learn basic techniques to integrate hydrotherapy into their massage practice.
