How Can You Finance Your Education?
- Federal Financial Aid
Financial Aid plans are provided through the Federal Pell, SEOG Grant Programs and/or the Federal Family Educational Loan Programs (Stafford subsidized, unsubsidized, and PLUS Loans). All students seeking federal financial aid benefits must be admitted to International Professional School of Bodywork in order to determine financial aid eligibility. To continue financial aid, you must provide International Professional School of Bodywork all documents required to complete the certification of federal financial aid funds. If you fail to supply the documents, or are unable to qualify for federal financial aid, you will be responsible for any outstanding balances incurred and must select another finance option. Continuous attendance with no attendance breaks greater than 29 days is required to retain disbursed federal financial aid funds. You must reapply for funding every academic year on this plan. Ninety days before your next academic year begins you are required to complete the reapplication process. It is imperative that you reapply for future loans or grants early to ensure that your course is not interrupted. If this is not completed in a timely manner, you will no longer qualify for a financial aid deferment and you will be required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Payment Plan. The College provides a convenient online application process for completing your financial aid. This process includes all required financial aid forms, options for electronically signing your applications, and links to complete any additional documents.

To ensure timely processing of your financial aid applications, IPSB has the following timeline:
- FAFSA completion by student (and parent if necessary) – 5 days prior to start date
- Sign up for and Enroll in program (with Admissions Dept.) – 4 days prior to start date
- Complete Financial Aid interview forms (with Financial Aid Dept.) – 3 days prior to start date
If unable to meet deadlines, special arrangements may be available through the finance office.” Students may also choose to start classes on a later available start date.

The VFAO is the online assistance we use to complete your Financial Aid Packet. This is the resource we use to have students complete their financial aid documents in a fast convenient place online. You must register and complete all the documents needed for financial aid.

- No-Interest Payment Plans Offered by IPSB
a. Tuition payments by credit or debit card, monthly or quarterly.
b. Tuition payments by post-dated checks, monthly or quarterly.
These no-interest payment plans are available to qualified students who want to pay their tuition as they are completing their program classes. Small tuition installment payment plan fees varying from $50 to $200 may apply.
