dear sir/madam

i currently working for a proffesional football club in england and am interested in training in a structural integration program starting in our off season which runs from may to june. i have recently finished a 6 day core myofascial program based on the 10/12 series format. i am looking to maybe spread the full certification over a 2 year period. could you please provide me with any information if this is possible to achieve at your school.

I completely believe that food is medicine. I made some major diet changes in the last month in order to lose weight, and I was surprised at how much better I felt all around. I’ve never had bad acne, but I’ve always had some. After about 3 weeks of my new diet, my skin look more clear then it ever has in my entire life.

I took Ayurveda 1 with Becky last summer, and really learned a lot in 15hours! I really enjoyed her obvious wisdom and enthusiasm, taking the time and energy to bring samples and examples to pass around for all to experience firsthand. I still refer to the large and informative packet I got with this class, and I still see how Indian theory matches up with my life experience. The foot reflexology chart was also useful.
