International Students
IPSB College welcomes international students to make application to any of our certificate or degree programs. The college provides an I-20 Immigration Form to cover the duration of each student’s period of study. Please contact our Admissions Department to request further information about the application process for international applicants to our massage therapy and holistic health programs.
F-1 visa sponsorship is available to qualifying international applicants to our Associate of Science degree program. International applicants to our Massage Therapy (MT) and Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) certificate programs are generally required to enter the United States on an M-1 visa. Please note that all M-1 students wishing to convert to F-1 visa status are required to leave the United States in order to apply for an F-1 visa.
International students at IPSB College are required to complete their academic programs at a minimum rate of 12 course units per academic quarter. (The Summer quarter is offered as an optional vacation period, during which students are permitted to visit their home country, if desired.) International students are generally not permitted to work off-campus during their period of study, but a designated period of Optional Practical Training (OPT) is available. For further details, please visit the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement website at www.ice.gov/sevis/faq.htm .
