| Three Centers Approach
The integration of the physical, emotional, and intellectual aspects of being is a primary focus throughout all the classes at IPSB. In accordance with this ideal of balancing the three centers, courses are designed to deliver information for all three main learning styles: visual, auditory and kinesthetic. |
| Tai Chi Focus
The art of T’ai Chi is rooted in the philosophy of the Tao. Tao means the Way and refers to the immanent principle that lies behind all phenomena and affects all levels of existence, from the seasonal changes to the shifting state of human affairs; a form of natural, universal order, in other words. |
